Michael Owen predicts Manchester City v Manchester United

Glen Johnson of Stoke City and Chris Smalling of Manchester United compete for the ball during the Barclays Premier League match between Manchester United and Stoke City at Old Trafford on February 2, 2016 in Manchester, England.
Michael Owen has predicted on Colossusbets.com that Manchester City will win against Manchester United this weekend.
City will take on United at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
“It is also clearly not ideal that Utd are in action then and visit Man City on Sunday afternoon, too, and that has to be in the favour of the home side,” former United striker Owen wrote on Colossusbets.com.
“City clearly aren’t playing to their full capabilities at the moment, have failed to score in three of their last four games, and have Vincent Kompany out injured once again.
“But I have to fancy them to have too much for this struggling Utd side – these sides drew 0-0 at Old Trafford in October – and I expect Aguero and co to turn it on in this local derby. City 2-0 for me.”
City have a much better team than United, and they will certainly fancy their chances of winning the Manchester derby.
Moreover, playing at home is also going to give Manuel Pellegrini’s side an advantage.
The Citizens have struggled for positive results in the Premier League in recent weeks, and their performances have also been disappointing.
However, City are still in the running for the Premier League title this season, and three points against United will be a massive help.
United, though, are going to make it tough for their Manchester rivals, as they still have a chance of breaking into the top four.
The Red Devils’ performances and results have been inconsistent, but manager Louis van Gaal will be determined to see his players step up their game against City.
Who will win the Premier League game between Manchester City and Manchester United?
